Kazakhstan is the homeland of all Turkic-speaking countries. In order to strengthen the friendship and partnership of the Turkic-speaking peoples, the Turkish TV channel “Tarikh” continues to film historical documentaries in Kazakhstan about the history and culture of the Turkic-speaking countries. In this regard, the TV channel team visited the city of Shymkent and filmed in the museum of victims of political repression. During the filming, the director of the museum M. Askarova introduced the TV channel staff to the work of the museum, the museum guide D. Dali gave a tour about the victims of repression among the Kazakh intelligentsia, such as A. Baitursynov, A. Bukeikhanov, M. Shokai. The museum staff were happy to collaborate in the filming of the film.
